Public chat in drakkarzone is for game community building. This may include off topic conversations, but not abusive, derogatory, inflammatory or vulgar language.

Channel 0 chat is a new customer help and acquisition chat area. Its for sysops and players to assist new players, and for conversations to BRANCH into other chat channels.

In the future, any heated conversations in channel 0 will be directed by a sysop to another channel. Failure to comply will result in a 24hour ban ( or longer if you are a multiple offender ).

Vulgar language and personal attacks are also not part of drakkarzone chat, and will never be accepted in channel 0. If you wish to have heated debate, pick an unused channel or take it to PMs.

Because of the tenuous and difficult nature of their jobs, it is never correct to publicly rail against a sysop. Good natured humor is fine, but they are restricted in their chat comments to the point where they are often unable to defend themselves. In any case, this should never occur in channel 0, or in these bulletin boards. ( in the future all such
threads will be deleted )

Should you have issue with your treatment by a sysop, the correct recouse is to email help@drakkarzone.com with time and details.

Use of the roller feature is not for channel 00. Please take all roller action to other channels.

It apparently has come time for a reminder.

Use of the following is prohibited in general chat. Take it to a PM or another channel.

1. profanity, even if masked (a$$, wtf, S**t)
2. Vulgarity
3. Attacks on another player
4. Racial insults
5. pornography
6. Drug use
7. Alcohol use/effects

Reminder time again.
Lobby chat is getting out of hand at times, I'm getting complaints.
Bottom line, if complaints are received and a review of the chat sees the issue, the account in question may be banned.

Please take all non game related chat to another channel, there are plenty of them to choose from. Keep channel 00 clear.
