The Tale of a Greedy Mayor

I decided to to the RB sash quest on my mentalist so I could get to and from Aleria without having to wear the sash. I ran around, got all the needed items, and completed the quest. However, instead of rewarding me, Dagano told me I still needed to bring him the axes of the man-bull and the heathen. What?! Below is what I did to the best of my knowledge.

Collected all the items.

Killed a rat in Ratburrow.

Went to Mungho with rat in hand.

#Mun, rat

Mungho took rat and told me to talk to the mayor.

Went to Dagano.

#Dag, mission

Dropped minotaur axe.

#Dag, man-bull

Dagano takes axe and tells me I need the other three items. The axe is clearly visible in his hand.

Dropped darkguard axe.

#Dag, heathen

Dagano takes axe and tells me I need the last two items. Did not glance at his hands to see if he darkguard axe is there.

Dropped spider queen egg.

#Dag, webweaver

Dagano takes egg and tells me he needs the egg of the icedrake.

Dropped sanquin egg.

#Dag, icedrake

Dagano takes egg and tells me I only need give him the axes of the man-bull and heathen.



Luckily, I was able to find another minotaur. After turning in another minotaur axe and darkguard axe, I was awarded my sash and the privilege of riding on Urmak's boat.
