Succor Twig set in UGH take me to LGH

So last night I started having this issue with Succor. I set my twig at the merchant counter in Upper Guild Hall but when I use the twig it returns me to the Lower Guild Hall. I've attempted to set twigs all over UGH in different spots but they all return me to the center of LGH.

Additionally, if I quit the game in UGH, when I log back in I'm in LGH, same spot to which my twigs return me.

The only difference in my account that I'm aware of is that I was tagged into a guild yesterday at some point. Any thoughts or suggestions to fix this issue would be fantastic.

Break the twig, walk into GH using the Nork portal. Set the twig. Try it again.

- Broke all twigs.
- Went back into GH via portal room.
- Climbed up stairs to Succor merchant and set 2 new twigs.
- Back down stairs and out portal into Nork.
- Walked around for a bit and drop twig, still returns me to LGH, bottom floor.

No big deal really, just reporting back.

Msg me next time you see me online, I will have to look at the character itself, something might be stuck.

this has been resolved. I think it's an issue with the freebooters guildhall.
