After doing some testing, I've noticed that attacking a lvl 19 ment will result in about 4926 max damage on prone (2 prones hit for 4926 on both hits).
I also noticed that testing on a lvl 19 pally will do a 4685 max damage on a prone (2 prones hit for 4685 and 4689).
Each hit on the ment was actually a tad higher than the pally, but, however, attacking the pally could have some innate damage reduction.
200 (10 per level x 20 levels) QP for 5% damage increase on only PSI is a bit low for so many QP as compared to Thief BS increase, or Ment Energy/Fire/Ice Manipulation.
Anything higher than 10% is too much tho.
