quirks for all paid

what happened? i remember when brad announced quirks that it would be available to all paid players.. ive had enough time to quit and come back again and still nothing.. did i miss something? i would really like to have quirks to mess around with though..

I get them on plain 'gold', dont think silver has them though.

I get them on Silver. I also have UGH on the character. So might be one or the other that triggers it.

Yeah, gotta have Gold/UGH to gain them from what ive heard. But when brad orginally announced quirks he said something to the effect of all paid players gaining them after a while. So i was wondering when/if it was gonna happen.

You gain qps with just Gold alone. With UGH, your max qps attainable for your Exp level is higher so you can accumulate and use more than someone with only Gold.

Example: My thief had Gold and UGH... gained 116 with 116 max attainable. I cancelled UGH... showed the 116 I gained with only 57 max attainable. Qps stopped til I got UGH later on. Without UGH, I've have to level my thief a few times to get that max high enough to start gaining again.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, everyone I know with Silver has gained 0.00 qps.
