I was thinking last night before I went to bed.

What happens when you train all you can with Quirk Points? Or all you want to? You have unspent Quirk Points that you can't put anywhere. IMO you should have Increased Energy Pool and Increased Stamina. Allow you to train these unlimitedly. For every point of Stamina, you get a certain HP for your class. For every point of Energy Pool, you get certain EP for your class. Have certain HP increase for levels. Level 10 might be able to train only 20 points, while level 50 might be able to train 100 points. Level 60 with 150, level 70 with unlimited. And where it goes from there, that's up to Brad.

Also, a way to award Quirk Points. On the first time killing a lair, you are awarded Quirk Points according to it's difficulty. 1 QP for Goblin Lord. 5 QP for Goblin King. 15 QP for Giant King. 50 QP for Nameless Lord.
