I've had the pleasure of losing multiple lori staves and kite shields to that one.Originally posted by Yeti

I was hunting pillars with Talas and he got killed popping. 2 Rounds later i was dead to come back and find my Hally had popped as well. That bug just sucked.

i haven't realy noticed or tested much with timing since it's a non-hostile action, but does transmute take 2 rounds to cast? ie firebreath is a 2-round disc and resolves on the 2nd round of being cast. as indicated by timing of invis loss. like seeing a fb resolve after your death transmute may have this same 'feature' like drakkar assessing the value then taking it all for the coin the next round. not quite sure or if it's just disc lag like pwh showing someone dead at full health. again i'm no programmer this is just speculation.:D

This happened before the change about popping anothers gear so I am not sure. I always thought Xmute was a 1 round action but I am sure it was 2-3 rounds later when it got me. I think i spoke to mars about it at the time and he said he would look into it and that was the last i heard. It very well could be disc lag popping thos large piles in the pillars or anywhere else have been known to lag or even throw players out of the game.

This is why I dont pop in tight situations... Learned the hard way. Well, it was a kobold staff and +4 steel shield back then, but was still a painful loss in times of newbiehood.

it's actualy saved me a few times, and it was realy wierd... i'd have stun being cast in the buffer, and i got cstunned. however, AFTER i was cstunned it casted the stun *i double checked text* and it wouldn't make sense if it happened the other way around (me stunning them and then being cstunned). happened at papa lich just last night. was kinda funny just both of us standing there giving eachother mean looks while stunned. i first noticed it in NL when i started using stun alot more as well as getting cstunned alot more. i'm not quite sure how this works out either. any ideas?

i often get stunned and then climb up a flight of stairs, used to use that tactic to get into ud3.5 with small crits, hehe
