There are several ways to contact a sysop. Of course the first option should be to contact one in the lobby via a comment in lobby chat or a PM to one of us.
However, as much as we want to, we can't be here all the time. If a sysop is not online in the lobby when you need one, please feel free to contact via email.
It is much easier for any of the sysops to track a problem or search for a lost item if we know about it when it happens. Coming to us 2-3 days later really does not help. The logs are huge and take us time to track through and find that one particular entry that corresponds to your inquiry.
Also, remember, logs are cleared normally at reset, so having a problem on Saturday and letting us know on Tuesday will usually mean you are out of luck. Please email me as soon as possible so I can grab the log before the reset and at least have it available to look through for you.
