Apparently thievery skill has been nerfed this last week. My ment has trained in some thievery skill. In the last week, I have noticed a definite change in which crit I can hide from. Crits that before this week I have been able to hide 2 hexes away, can now see me as far as 4 hexes away. My gear are the same, stats are the same, buffs are the same.
I have tested this in several scenarios, including Nork, Crazy Aleria, Nameless. Another player with a ment with hide skill has tested and found the same. This change is unequivocal.
I would like to know if this is a new bug, or whether this is an intentional change in rules, and the reason for the change. We prefer for fundamental changes to crit's ability to be documented, and with good reason. Arbitrary changes would undermine players' confidence in the game in regards to what we can expect in the behavior of our characters, and monsters.
