Mouse Pad Poll Part 1

Post by flisk »

Okay guys, I'd like to take a poll on what kind of mouse pads you guys prefer to use. I'm doing 2 polls as there are essentially 2 parts to the 1 mouse pad; thickness and material.

This poll is for the THICKNESS of the mouse pad (ie the rubber part not the artwork part).

If you have not done so, please visit the Mouse Pad Poll Part 2 here:

Perhaps something you might wanna look into is the orthopedic type of mousepad. The type that has the wrist rest along the southern edge. People here spend many, many, countless hours playing this game, no need for them to all develop problems later in life, cause of this game :)

Did you know that in the UK, it is recommended that you do NOT rest your wrist in that squishy type pad below the mouse pad proper while moving the mouse around?

Well it is at the very large industrial company I work at by our Health and Safety department. And it seems to make sense as you cannot trap nerves and such.

Personally I use a Track Ball Mouse with a thick water/gel filled pad to rest my wrist on. With my tendonitis it's the only way I am able to hunt at all .
Lost again , oh well MT back to the beginning.

YAY!!!! Now I'm not alone... I've been using trackballs since before the beginning of time. Hate mice, mices are for cats, not computers. :)
