Requesting Sysop Assistance

Post by Mars » Tue Dec 16, 2003 6:51 pm

Please keep the following in mind when requesting assistance from a sysop via lobby, PM or email

1. If you are NOT the player with the problem/complaint, do not initiate the action. We can not help you. There are times we need info only the player involved can provide, so we do not take requests/complaints 2nd hand.
2. We need as much detail as you can provide. crit name, date, time, place (alt 1, 2, aleria, cob, ect)
3. What were you doing when it happened.
4. Name (crit name or lobby name) of other player(s) involved if needed. No we don't need witnesses, just the players actually involved. Witnesses can not tell us what you did or what the other player did.

I know everyone wants to help their friends, but it makes our task harder if we get hit from multiple sides trying to settle things.

If I am not online, please send me email. I check email very frequently during the day and first thing in the morning (before I even log on Drak).

flisk@drakkarzone.com

If we can follow these steps, it will help everyone.
