Date format for forum
Date format for forum
Given the slow activity here, I think we could lose the day of week at the beginning of the date ... it makes it harder to scan for something recent. (there could be an argument for starting with the year, but I don't want to be insulting)

Jade,
That's an easy enough change. In fact, each user can change it to their own setting.
All you need to do is click on User Control Panel in the upper right.
That will open a new screen and on the left side under Options click on Board Preferences.
Under Global Settings, look at the bottom most option; My Date Format.
Next to it is a dropdown box with several options. Just change it to whatever setting you want and save it.
You can even enter in a custom date parameter if you want to.

Plus, to scan for new stuff, just use view unread posts (I have actually read all posts down to late 2004 now! Woot!)
