Barb yells...abbrievated combat messages

Requesting that when in abbreviated combat messaging mode, barb yells be hidden. Tough trying to keep track of buffs in a big party when you can't see them fading!

As a big Barb, I am also why the barb battle spam doesnt become more under control too.
