A new remove lvl req on gear

Post by Concertor »

I think if you are lvl 30 or higher you should be able to go to a NPC and remove level requirements from items that are tied too you, that way noobies can get uber gear but the people that can solo the lair can give it to their secondary crits on the account.

Just a thought :D

Levels were just added to certain items to better the game, why would we undo what was just "fixed"?

I'll throw my two cents in here agreeing that the level requirements are good. But I think the approach was somewhat inconsistent. As far as I know, and I may be very wrong about this, but the chipper uzi and bresh shield can be used at level 1. That doesn't make any sense if you ask me.

A better idea would be: Level 30 or above can quest to get all atributes removed from the item ... introducing knock off Slith & reggie robes for the level one crits ... look good and no benefit ...

yeh so i can wear a worthless reggie instead of a yellow, kitty or somethin that would actually benefit my small crits, cuz ya know style is everything :sarc

Edit: i see this as a way for brad to add something to gh or ugh, maybe give some people another reason to get it for at least a month, though a lvl req should be present if it is added

I think the new level reqs are great. The more the better, and especially, the higher the better. I don't think we need some NPC to remove the lvl reqs again, "big people" with "big gear" should just get used to them raks and kitties again. I always dress my new crits in newbie gear, just for a change. Plus, I'd rather wear a rak on n-4 than a slith or reggie. Stop asking to be spoilt :p
