Is there any documentation about the Pocket Drakkar devices, or are those sent with the actual device?

Really is no documentation. Plug the device in to a dhcp router and power on. Email brad and he will get the rest setup for you.

I tried that, but no one can access my pocket drak outside of my internal network. I tried messing with my router with port forwarding, but no success so far

The lobby uses port 24101
Port forward that port from the outside in.
