023 - SK Parapet Level On Testing

Now on NL Test :

- The "Parapet" level is now live! Please be VERY careful..
- 5 new Random drops have been added to the game (some amulets, some sashes... and maybe something else :) )
- Effects can now teleport you, and chain other effects ( keep an eye on what the NPCs are throwing on you!! Some can be clicked away! )
( We can use this for lots of fun stuff )
- Gold in banks and in sacks should officially be the same in all scenarios

*** IMPORTANT!!! ****

- I found an issue where creatures with very high stats were 'rolling' over negative ( for example, strength and dex > 127 was becoming negative ). I fixed the issue, but we "scaled" with the bug in, so we may have to revisit some creatures. Please carefully note problems, and we will address them.
( Since strength and dex are part of to-hit and dodge, we may need to do some tuning there )
*** IF YOU FIND A NEW ITEM, WITH A NEW EFFECT ON IT.. PUT IT IN YOUR LOCKER AND LEAVE IT THERE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SCENARIO ***
