In reality, if it was on old move rate server 40 to 50 rounds is long, good duration for a buff. However in NL2 it is very nearly noting.
Something like 200 rounds would make much better sense and be worth the coin.

Also it does display "You feel resistant to physical damage" two times. Is it intended as 2 oz bottle that is not properly designated as 1 oz?
