The Kingdom of Drakkar

There is both a new NL version, and new Drakkar client available ( New client not required )

Fixes/Improvements:

- Emergon quest is now required for primal quests
- Mormar access requires level 50
- Acidron Alcor area is now no-teleport
- Medusa shield is now level 60 requirement
- "Great Halls" level min is now at 25
- Mantrapon armor now has the same level requirement as lorsulan armor
- The higher level tiers from the Foreman are no longer "muggable"
- Sekora Dungeon: Tier 3’s no longer muggable, tier 2s still are.
- SDC - Climbing hammer no longer required after you use it once. Note: A small text error still occurs tell you that you need it, though you don't.
- Wakkamole: Added 20 rounds to the timer
- "Flagged" loot drops will no longer check dead party members.
- BDC: Caniblas will now only take your own vials
- SDC: Jarvoh will now only take your own gold nuggets
- SDC/BDC: Cut the health of most mobs by 18-25%, to make the areas more solo and small party friendly


Client Changes:

- Added resizable locker, ground and counter windows
