How about crit dying that sounds more like a stick breaking?

How does Age affect the performance of characters?

I'm wondering how the character's age affects its performance. I know that being Very Ancient is not good. But recently I noticed that my ep regen seemed to be down, it wasn't keeping up with ep usuage as it usually did. Other than adding vamps and a reggie to my crit's equipped gear, there's been n...

Please feel free to add your own. 1) The MA will always wait until after he's drank his IH before being stunned by your espear. 2) Closed doors never lead to nice places. 3) The twig you select to drop has a 50/50 chance of ...

Burton had this to say; I feel that discovery is half the fun. Also if we put all this info on the main website, what would we need fansites for? You can find most anything about KoD on fansites, some of the fansites I have seen are amazing. If you don't like showing someone how to get to N-1, leav...

Well Flisk, this really isn't a complaint, but I am wondering why your main page code causes each section to completely underline when you run a mouse over it in Netscape 7.1. Its probably something in the css, but I have to admit its a rather strange behavior. They aren't links, so running a mouse ...

One thing that could stand fixing. A lot of the offsite links to fan sites are dead links. Perhaps not the majority, but I went through the list a while back looking for a tutorial to building a thief and found quite a few dead links. That list needs to be cleaned up and updated.

The nice thing about being able to play free is that people like myself can continue to play the game and advance. This isn't a bad idea, but I have to question the concept of getting an item for just its looks. To be honest, so many of the new graphics look horrid compared to the older images. Part of that is the background, that little embossed rectangle is terrible. But some of the images are downright terrib...

Replace Push

This is just a suggestion, but push has to be one of the least useful spells a ment gets. What would be cool would be to replace push with a spell that encompasses the same 3x3 hex area as fireball, call it vortex. It does little to no damage, but it does suck all crits, and floor trash that are off...

Once upon a time there existed a game in which players respected and helped each other. I know, I played that game multiple times over the past decade.
