Last I heard this was a commercial venture, the customer pays for services supplied
(as in you pay to play).
It's a real word out there, not utopia.

We already have enough crazy drivers here, IF there is another one it will make little difference.

More people die to vehicle accidents than anything else over here (dunno about USA).
