Crits aren't de-spawning, by the way; they often times can't see you either. Then they just wander away.

This is a "problem" stemming from the newly introduced Drakkar2 Banker and Questing system. The new FE itself is what actually causes the change. When the game would use the scroll chat to describe an item (#look at XXX's loincloth, or #sense) it uses the pop up instead. I'd like to see it...

Personally, I agree with example #2 being rectified in some manner. Something like, if your #arg or OOC kills an enemy in less than full number of swings (3 for the kill, on a fury round for example) then the last 'swing' is transferred to re-targeting. Play an MA, and then come talk to me about how much Dragon's Laughter/Recourse actually trigger on the high end. Or maybe you could enlighten me on how an extra 100 damage reflect more than other classes is actually making that feature a significant facet of the MA class at top end.

I've heard argued about barbs having more hps than other classes, which is valid in old nork and cob.
