Jim Hall was probably a class bully or jock and one of the original coders seeked revenge by arranging for him to die numerous times in nork. Mr Hobart was probably someone's teacher. I'll throw my two cents in here agreeing that the level requirements are good. But I think the approach was somewhat inconsistent. As far as I know, and I may be very wrong about this, but the chipper uzi and bresh shield can be used at level 1. That doesn't make any sense if you ask me.
