It is occurring with Popcorn___MYTH right now. I have no encumbrance, and a hindered movement of 1 on the paths in Homlet.

NL post patch movement issue

I noticed that hampered movement seems to follow players when they leave dornar; I could walk unimpeded along paths and in Homlet, until I went to Dornar. Now, I have a movement of one anywhere in NL, all the time. Is this expected?
