Not enough allocated memory for each quirk, with its relevant cost, or current / max amounts?

Any idea when the available / max quirk amounts will be fixxed on the quirk window?

Its the one where the available amount resets itself to 250 each time you spend quirks.

The quirk system allows you to change your stats permentaly but the innate energy will 'float' ontop of your ep base like cob hp quests.
