The only solution to this issue that I have found is to both lower the polling rate of your mouse and have OBS open (recording/streaming software) or the amd gpu control panel open (if amd) There may be other software that causing the same 'fix' Edit: perhaps if someone else got to look over the cli...

basically from what I understand, the 4 channels, red, green, blue, alpha, when reduced to 8-bit, it just effects the 3 color channels. so a 24bit png can be converted to a paletted 8bit and retain its alpha channel. so if your willing to send them i'll gladly batch convert them for you, you could u...

The alpha channel remains even after batch converting (depending to which format)
I use photoshop's automate feature to batch convert or do any form of repetitive action on an image or folder of images ect

Yes I thought about the edges when making those, but I wasn't sure if you wanted partly transparent pixels or not, so I made sure the pixel was either alpha 255 or 0.
transparent pixels would help alot with edges, so let me know if thats an option
